What if I forget my password?
On the sign-in page, use Forgot your password. If you have not verified the email yet, use Resend email confirmation instead. The welcome message subject includes Action Required.
Does the account disappear when the subscription ends?
No. The account can remain. The bet tracker, bookmarks and notebook already stored stay on the account, and they open again when an HRBC subscription is active. If there is no subscription for 12 months, we reserve the right to delete them. Subscribing again before those 12 months keeps them. A paid package is active only while a payment has succeeded and the period has not ended. Your subscription shows the package, the renewal date and the status.
Can I share my login with someone else?
No. The subscription is for your own use. Do not share the password so that someone else can use the package.
